(A)

From Staten Island, New Jersey and beyond:

Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 13.  Pay toll and bear left toward Staten Island Expressway.  Proceed to the Verrazano Bridge and exit to the Belt Parkway East / Kennedy Airport.  Remain on the Belt Parkway heading east toward the Southern State Parkway.  Continue east on the Southern Parkway and exit at Exit 21 (Roosevelt / Freeport.)  Turn right at the first traffic light after leaving the ramp (Brookside Avenue) (you first will be in Roosevelt, and then you will enter Freeport on the same road.) Proceed along Brookside Avenue to Sunrise Highway (which is immediately after crossing the overpass.)  Cross Sunrise Highway and proceed to Pine Street (The Freeport High School is on the right after crossing Sunrise Highway)  Turn left on Pine Street and proceed to S. Long Beach Avenue.  Immediately after crossing Long Beach Avenue, the church will be on the right.  Proceed slowly along Pine Street to the church’s parking lot which is on the right after the third building. You’ve arrived and we are here to welcome you!!

 

(B)

From Brooklyn or Queens: Follow instructions above from the Belt Parkway.  Alternatively, you may use the Conduit to Sunrise Highway.  Remain on Sunrise Highway until you enter Freeport (you will see the reservoir in the air on the left hand side.) N.B. Do not turn off at the sign which reads “LONG BEACH/ OCEANSIDE.”

As soon as you pass the reservoir on the left, note the blinking orange traffic light ahead.  As soon as you pass the blinking orange light, prepare to make the right turn at the next traffic light (S. Long Beach Avenue.)  Proceed to the first traffic light on S. Long Beach Avenue.  This will be Pine Street.   The church is on the left as soon as you cross Pine Street.  You may turn left on Pine Street and enter the parking lot which is on the right, after the third building.  Welcome to our Parish Home!!

 

(C)

From Manhattan / the Bronx and beyond:  Take the Throgs Neck Bridge toward Long Island / La Guardia Airport/ Kennedy Airport.  You will be on the Grand Central Parkway East.  Remain on the Grand Central Parkway and exit at The Cross Island Parkway (South Shore.)  Remain in the left lane and exit at the Southern State Parkway.  Remain on the Southern State Parkway to exit 21. Follow instructions above from exit 21.  Welcome to our Parish Home!!

 

(D)

From areas further east (beyond exit 21): Take the Southern State Parkway West to exit 21.  Turn left on Nassau Road (Roosevelt.)  Nassau Road becomes Main Street once you have left Roosevelt and have entered Freeport. Remain on Main Street and yield right toward Church Street once you see the overpass.  Cross Sunrise Highway.  The first corner you will come to after you cross Sunrise Highway will be Pine Street.  Turn right on Pine Street.  Remain on Pine Street.  (You will cross Guy Lombardo Ave., Ocean Ave. and Bergen St.)  The church is at the next corner (S. Long Beach Ave.) but you will turn in at the Parking Lot on the left before you reach the corner (you will see the large, green sign.) Welcome to our Parish Home!

 

From areas west of Freeport (Baldwin, Rockville Centre, Lynbrook and Valley Stream): Use Sunrise Highway.  Follow instructions in section B.

 

From Hempstead: Take Greenwich Road to Nassau road and follow the instructions in section D.
